Warmth, Dignity, and CommunityNavigation Center– NEOCH 2026
Our location:
1530 E 19th St, Cleveland, Ohio 44114
Our purpose:
The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH) is piloting a low-barrier, housing-focused shelter to provide critical overnight refuge to individuals who would otherwise remain unsheltered in our community.
NEOCH is reopening the doors to our shelter under a new name, our Navigation Center!
This is a big win for Cuyahoga County strategic plan for ending unsheltered homelessness and a big step towards helping those in need directly. Shelter guests will need a referral from NEOCH outreach staff to apply.
