H4EN Outreach Navigator
The Home for Every Neighbor (H4EN) Outreach Navigator’s job is to support unsheltered individuals/families in preparing for, securing, and retaining permanent housing, by assessing barriers to permanent housing, developing goals, objectives and plans that address the barriers, which includes obtaining and retaining employment and other income; to provide individual mental health services and monitor progress made toward achieving the goals, objectives and ISP’s; to complete file documentation and reports on results and outcomes.
NEOCH Summer Internship
Students and non-students are welcome to apply for a summer internship with NEOCH. We are committed to building relationships with young people to help them develop an understanding of the root causes of homelessness and to build meaningful skills in community organizing, advocacy, writing, fundraising, graphic design, research, and more.
NEOCH is seeking interns who are available for at least 12 weeks between the months of May-September for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Interns joined the NEOCH team and were able to take part in NEOCH’s four-pillar approach to ending homelessness: Street Outreach, Education, Advocacy, and Organizing. Our Intern program is designed to educate through hands-on experiences and direct action.
During the Intern Program, interns were able to:
Shadow our Street Outreach and canvassing
Take part in our Advocacy and Organizing meetings
Educate our community
Take part in webinars and workshops from program leaders and learn about homelessness directly from people who were/are unhoused
Organize their own direct action to help our Cleveland community
