We presented the list of the 100 poorest cities in the United States with populations over 200,000 from the US Census.   These are the figures released in August 0f 2012 and are estimates from 2011.  This is the most recent information available.   Cleveland once again is one of the poorest cities in the United States.  Toledo is the 12th poorest city in America.  Here are the Top 10 poorest cities from 2011.
