Growing up in these counties affect poor kids' income as adults.  These are the top 25 counties in the country where the kids income grows the most compared to the national average (None in Ohio!).  Income is the difference from national average at age 26 for children whose families were at the 25th percentile of income distribution.  Estimates assume children live in given county for 18 years.   From the "Impacts on Integration Mobility" by Chetty and Hendren
