Health Fair/Stand Down 2008

The Homeless Stand Down is just around the corner, and we need your help. For those of you who are not familiar with the Homeless Stand Down (HSD), it is a winter festival of respite, resupply and reconnection for homeless individuals and families in Cleveland. The event will provide hot meals, haircuts, access to health and social service providers, free winter outerwear, and much more.
The Stand Down is scheduled for:
Friday, February 1, 2008
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cleveland Convention Center
Saturday, February 9, 2008
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pilgrim Congregational Church
(W. 14th and Starkweather Ave.)
Monday, February 18, 2008
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Trinity Cathedral
(Euclid Ave. and E. 22nd)

If you would like to volunteer for the event, please complete this form for the 2008 Homeless Stand Down. Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, January 4, 2008. Walk-ins will not be accepted as all volunteers must first attend a training session.
If you would like to have a table to distribute information or supplies to homeless people, you can complete this table request online. We strongly encourage you to try to get your clients to the event. We have included a flyer that you can display for your clients to learn more about the event.
