NEOCH Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. NEOCH respects the concerns of our members and on-line users about maintaining strict privacy.

We do not enable cookies or other tracking devices on our website. NEOCH does not collect personally identifying information from the our website unless you choose to provide that information to us. In the event that we create an on-line mailing list, we will ask for your email address and you may provide us with other personal information, but we will not sell, rent or share the mailing list or any personal information about you (including your email address) without your expressed permission.

When you sign up as a NEOCH member on-line, we ask for some personal information. The information you give us is for our internal use only. We will not sell, rent or share any of the information you give us without your permission. Visitors under 13 years of age should not send any personal information to NEOCH. Those between 13 and 18 must obtain permission from their parents and guardians before registering as a member or submitting personal information through the NEOCH website. Those who would like to correct or remove their names from the NEOCH database should contact the Coalition at neoch@neoch.org or by mail.

Unlike other non-profit organizations, we do not sell, rent or share our membership list with other non-profits without written permission of our members. In the past, we have published a list of our members in our annual report. Due to our increased concerns about protecting the privacy of our members, we have discontinued that practice and will not publish the names of our members even in our annual report or release any information about our members without their specific request. We also intended to challenge any subpoena or other process seeking personal information about our members.
