Added Issue 16 and a New Member Survey

We have added Issue 16 to the Grapevine archive.  There were many important articles in this issue, which was sold in both Cincinnati and Cleveland.   This issue featured an investigative story and a commentary by future Councilman Joe Cimperman. 

We have also added a survey for our members or former members to complete.  This will allow us to plan for 2013 and improve the organization.  We welcome your input on the agency.
