   Homeless Rate Shelter Stays Series

In an attempt to give our readers an idea of what it’s like to stay at one of Cleveland’s shelters, the Homeless Grapevine interviewed residents of several area shelters. On the following pages are some of the interviews with these clients. Also are some of the responses from their directors. All shelter sites were asked to confirm or deny statements made about their shelter. All shelters involved were also asked to submit a copy of the rules for staying at the shelter. Unfortunately, some of the directors chose not to reply to comments made by their clients or provide a list of shelter rules.
