The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless is seeking dynamic individuals who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors.  Professionals, lawyers, community members, accountants, activists, and people with lived experience who support our mission to eliminate the root causes of homelessness while loving our diverse community through organizing, advocacy, education, and street outreach are welcome to apply.

In 1989, the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH) was started by local homeless advocates to defend the rights of people experiencing homelessness in the community. Since then, NEOCH has been responsive to the needs of unhoused people in Northeast Ohio by affirming their dignity. NEOCH is governed by a board of community volunteers, social service providers, lawyers, community advocates, and those directly impacted by housing insecurity and homelessness.

We came together to develop a bold and audacious plan that envisions a community where everyone has a safe and stable place to call home and where they can also embrace their own power and dignity. Check out our Strategic Plan and Annual Report!
