Join NEOCH , advocates, and elected officials for our Eighth Annual Fundraiser. Enjoy music, poetry from the winners of the homeless poetry contest, a keynote speaker, and participate in an auction.  We will also recognize our the second annual Ione Biggs Social Justice Advocate of the Year.
